Gwen has led and supported a wide range of initiatives, from custom application development and CRM configuration to enterprise technology rollouts and digital training programs. Her experience spans custom web applications, SaaS platforms, content-driven websites, eCommerce solutions, and internal systems, often serving as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical users.
With deep expertise in user training and enablement, Gwen places a strong emphasis on clarity, usability, and adoption. She designs solutions with the end user in mind, pairing thoughtful interfaces with supporting documentation, onboarding, and learning experiences that help teams feel confident using new tools.
Gwen holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on how people experience and adapt to systems and change. She is also a Certified ScrumMaster and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, bringing an iterative, feedback-driven mindset to every project.

Throughout his career, Naser has led the design and delivery of mission-critical systems supporting complex business operations and significant revenue streams. He brings deep technical expertise across the full application lifecycle, from architecture and development through deployment, optimization, and ongoing support. His work has included custom web applications, data-driven platforms, APIs, and integrations that connect systems across organizations.
Naser is known for his ability to translate business needs into practical, high-impact technical solutions. He approaches each project with a strong sense of ownership and a disciplined focus on prioritizing what matters most – balancing speed, quality, and maintainability. His background in Agile and DevOps practices enables teams and clients alike to move quickly while maintaining clarity and control.
